The Median Sold Price for Vacant Lot for Sale in Union County continues to fall. Year over Year, the Sold Price is down 43% to $12,375. The Median For Sale Price has not deviated, remaining at $40,000. The number of Vacant Lots Sold from February of 2011 is down 60%, falling from 10 Lots Sold in 2011 to only 4 in 2012.
